Using TinyGLB is subject to the following terms. If you would like to discuss any of them, please send an email to [email protected].

Payment Terms

• Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Lemon Squeezy. Lemon Squeezy is the Merchant of Record for all of our orders
• Subscriptions are billed up-front annually.
• We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee for new customers. After 14 days, all sales are final.

Cancellation

• You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Customer Portal (https://checkout.tinyglb.com/billing). No refunds will be issued for partial months.
• If you breach any of the terms of service, or a payment is not successful, then your subscription may be cancelled.
• When a subscription is cancelled all 3D models uploaded to TinyGLB will be deleted.

General

• While we aim to provide a reliable service, no guarantees are provided over the availability of the service.
• We may remove any 3D models that are copyrighted or deemed inappropriate.
• 3D models uploaded to TinyGLB are stored within a Cloudflare Western Europe data center. They may also be cached across Cloudflare's global network of data centers.

Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of profits or revenue, arising from your use of our services.

Policy Modifications

• We reserve the right to change this policy at any time and any amended policy will be posted here on our website.
